1.List of Athletes with medical conditions and any medications or inhalers that they may need.

2.Epinephrine Pen if player has a bee sting allergy.

6.Alcohol (isopropyl)

8.Band-Aids 1

9.Bandage Scissors and /or tape cutters

10.Butterfly bandages or steri-strips

11.Contact lens kit (Mirror and wetting solution)

12.Cotton tipped applicators, (Q-tips)

13.Disinfectant soap (pHisohex or Betadyne

14.Elastic tape

15.Elastic Wrap (2", 4", and 6" Ace Wrap)

16.Eyecup, sterile

17.Eye patches, sterile

18.Eye wash, sterile solution

19.Finger Splints

20.Gauze Pads, sterile (3 x 3 inch)

23.Plastic Bags for ice OR chemical ice
